1. Raffle:  New addition, if person who gets to draw, pulls a joker, its an  automatic $100.00 prize: 27 Cards: Weekly amount was $13.00 won by Tim Madison; “Big pot” is $336.00 and Janet & Lynn, pulled 4 of diamonds

1. Board/MLS updates:    
   1. Chris Pedon- Fusion will be up starting 3/1/12, there is an icon to      get there on the MLS website

1. Agent/Affiliate Announcements:   
   1. Tim Madison-don’t forget BRAVO sat. 2/25 at DSAW Warehouse to benefit the Bexley Education Foundation.
   2. Janet Zettler – Eastmoor Civic Assoc. Wine Tasting was a success, they raised $2500.00.

1. Presidential Discussions:

a. Evites have been sent to 200 agents who did business in our area last year for the 3/1 meeting.  BEB will be supplying Breakfast that day.

b.  Please check out our Website and make sure all your contact information is correct.

c.  Reminder, the Board has the Wine tasting in march and the Corpac Auction in May.

d.  Reminder to check the Board for your free CE Classes.

1. We had 3 New Members join at todays meeting!!

1. Welcome, Speaker Howard Schottenstein regarding the Bexley Chamber:  Agents can join for $35.00, Businesses for $70.00 -Applications are available online; There is a new phone app for the City and the Chamber with marketing opportunities

Rick Weber wanted us to know that the Great Bexley Community Clean-Up Day will be held this year on Saturday, April 14 from 9:00 to noon.  There will be recycling of metals; computers/electronics; paper shredding; a drop off for clothes/household items; and the recycling of gently used bikes for DARN.  All of these drop off points will be at the Gateway South parking lot on Main Street and Parkview in Bexley.

   1. Free CE Classes coming up: 3/3 Fair       Housing, 3/8 Core Law and 4/12 Ethics. Classes are from 9:00 to 12:15.       Space is limited RSVP ASAP to get your hours

7. Agent/Affiliate Announcements:   
   1. Rick Weber: City council has openings       for new members, apply at City Hall by 03/24/12
   2. Tim Madison via email: Memorial       Service for John Brennan tonight at 7:00 at the High School
   3. Lynn Noles & Janet Zettler: Don’t       forget Wine Tasting at Wings Sat. 03/18, tickets are $25.00 put on by the       Eastmoor Civic Association
   4. Chris Hebert: CE Class brought to you       By First American on Feb. 24 at 1:00.        RSVP to Larry Press at 614-361-7567.

Old Business: 

1. We are pushing back the “new agent       invite” a few weeks. It will no longer be Feb. 23. Keep bringing Goody       Bag items
2. We are still “tweaking” the website,       but it is almost done.  Adding       “hyperlinks” for company websites, not just individual emails.

New Business:

1. a.      Had lunch at the board last week (see CE info above).
2. b.      Corpac is having a Wine Tasting on March 15 at the Columbus Anthaneaum. Tickets are $35.00
3. c.       Realtor Care Day is Wed. 06/06- do we want to do ours then or stick with our Thursday routine?
